I must pay taxes?
Yes. Any payments made under this Agreement do not include and are net of any government imposed garnishments, foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the Media Sites, including without limitation excise, sales, use, or value-added taxes; customs or other import duties; or other taxes, tariffs or duties. If required by applicable law or authorities, VC Mobile and/or VC Media may reduce payments for revenue share, fees, or royalties by the amount of tax, duties, or fees for which Publisher is responsible hereunder, and pay such tax, duties, or fees to the appropriate authorities.

ValueClick Media does not accept web sites that:
- Produce, provide or link to:
- adult content
- sexual content
- profane content
- illegal drugs or related content
- hate speech or hate graphics content
- Engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting
- Consist mostly of forums (chat, message boards, etc.)
- Have an excessive amount of advertising
- Contain non-English web pages
- Generate less than 3,000 page views per month
